Hi
If I call..
document.getDocumentElement().getNamespaceURI();
just before I do the transformation I get
"http://checkout.google.com/schema/2" returned.

So to me it appears the namespace is set to
http://checkout.google.com/schema/2 for the root element
"checkout-shopping-cart"
