Library Conflict Involving BCEL Library 2006-09-20 - By Eric Everman

This is a know issue and I have posted a bug for it back in Sept 05 (!). There is even a portion of the Ant build script that will build the jar files w/o the inclusion of BCEL, but its not being used for the released version.
