Memory leak Issue with Xalan 2005-12-23 - By Hariprasath Manivannan
All,
I am facing memory leak issue whwn using Xalan. The issue has been first reported by 2003, but since then there is no further development on this issue.
http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/XALANJ-1673
The amount of leak is heavy as my application is XML intensive. I have attached JProbe snapshots for further analysis. If the leak is considerable, it is surprising to see that this issue is still not being fixed, after 2 years. I request the Xalan-dev users to look into this issue immediately.
If someone else too face this issue, request to vote for this bug at the URL mentioned above.
Thanks and Regards, Hari
