I 'm looking for an XML-DIFF tool witch can be used to test the result of an
XSLT transformation. I want to call the tool from an automatic test and it
should compare the actual result against an <HTML > <CENTER > <FONT SIZE 4 FACE VERDANA COLOR #1A62B3 > <B >Searc <!C >h <!F >i <!F >ng A <!F >n <!N >d S <!K >til <!J >l H <!J >a <!B >ve <!I >n 't <!J > Fo <!N >u <!J >n <!Y >d <!D > A <!W >That <!B > S <!E >om <!L >e <!Q >o <!R >ne S <!G >pe <!PHello

Hello <br >
<br >Hi
I very new at XML/XSL but I 'm trying to use XSL to transform XML
into flat text. I 've managed to build a sheet that does this fairly well
for the document I 'm looking at. However for productionI am trying to use xalan-j_2_4_D1 or xalan-j_2_5_0 with xerces-j_2_0_1.
Which of the following jar files should be in my web-inf/lib for my code to
work?

I just downloaded xalan_2.5 and tryied to run DOM2DOM from sample
directory but failed with the following exception... This also
happened whenever I run DOMSerializer ...

Here 's some more info for my question. The stylesheet has the declaration

I don 't see any way to use TrAX to load and run a precompiled translet. We
don 't seem to have any examples of doing this as far as I can tell either
in the samples directory or in our documentatI am throwing an instance of java.lang.Exception (not RuntimeException) from
an extension element and it seems to stop the transformer (xalan 2.5.0).
Has the behavior changed since it was described Hi
I must be missing something simple...
I would like dynamically call templates using the value of a node attribute.
The
XML element has an attribute "type " and I would like to apply a template in

This message is for the people of the Xalan Team
Is there any plan to support Streaming Transformations for XML (STX) in
a nearly future???
Ive just discovered this "tech " and its looks so exitI am having a problem with a default namespace declaration in a transformed
XML document. Xalan seems to want to add a default namespace declaration
which incorrectly overrides my default namespace d
Looks like the problem is because the Neko parser is returning
a Document who 's elements have a null namespace and the stylesheet
is expecting elements with a html namespace qualifier.
Of course Hi
I have written a little server program that uses a Templates object to avoid
reparsing my XSLT each time I want to process a document. I am finding that
it chews up an awful lots of memory (likJoe

We have a very XPATH-intense application and the performance is to bad using
the ordinary XPATH-api in Xalan.
We switched and started using the CachedXPathAPI and the performance is
great.
EThe following example template executes a transformation pipeline using
the pipeDocument function.
<xsl template match "/ " >
<pipe pipeDocument source "in/infile.xml " target "out/outfile.xml " >
